From Our Hearts to Yours!

Hello Dear Friends!

Last year, my two daughters (Arrin and Katie) and I were invited to create a
Moda fabric line for a group very close to our hearts.....

Arrin's twin boys,

and Graham, are now 2 1/2 and were the
highlight of Christmas for all of us (especially in their
new Christmas jammies!)

Arrin has designed wonderful fabric for Moda before
(Arrin Turnmire) and Katie is a textile major in college.
What a wonderful opportunity to work together on such an exciting project!

We started by brainstorming any and all ideas for the patterns.

After a lot of e-mailing and phone calls, we decided
on the ones we all liked best and painted them up.
Afterwards, the girls and I decided we loved working together
and could see it happening on other projects in the
Who knows?  The sky is the limit!

"Grow With Me" is available in your favorite quilt store this month
from Moda.
Although I don't have all of my samples, I thought you might like
to see a little of it......

It is filled with monkeys and trucks and birds and trees...in cotton and

You can see all of "Grow With Me" at Moda's

Arrin, Katie and I genuinely appreciated and enjoyed this
opportunity from Moda to work together.
We love how the group turned out!

  3. Hi Deb
I have to say I think I am your biggest fan when it comes to your artwork that goes on stationary. I have some of your older note cards and gift tags. I cant find them anywhere anymore. Can you pls direct me to where I can find your stationary. I actually am not going to use what I have left as then I won't have anything left...smiles. I would love to hear from you and maybe you will know where I can buy some of your amazing cards.
    Blessings, Lynn

  4. I was just perusing moda's website and happened upon this line - it's precious! My girlie is 2 now and I would love for her to help me in my creative endeavors when she grows up (though most likely it will be my firstborn - he's the artist!). How fun for you! Blessings, from one Ohioan to another :) C

  5. Hi Deb,

I was working on my first baby quilt for my first baby and I accidentally cut a piece of fabric too short. I was wondering if you have a Love u snail in yellow left. I need a 2 1/2 by 10 1/2 inches. I would love if you have piece laying around that I could buy from you. My baby boy I'd due on 3/30/12. Please let me know.

    Thank you

  6. Deb, this line is adorable! It was so good seeing you in Atlanta and meeting Katie for the first time. Hugs to you all!
